Hire Agreement 

DEPOSIT AND BOOKING: If booking via our website Online payment with debit/visa OR via After Pay/Paypal are available. Booking via email will require a minimum non-refundable 20% deposit of total amount to secure your booking. Remaining monies must be paid 1 week prior to event. Payments not received within this time will result in the cancellation of your party with no exception. The remaining balance is based upon your provided final headcount and additional items. 

BOND: A Refundable Bond will be required on all our hire equipment. This amount will be determined by Hire Item and refunded upon inspection and return of all hire equipment. Amount will be determined depending on quantity and type of of equipment hired. You will receive a hire agreement alongside our Terms of use that better explains whats to be expected when hiring our equipment. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Credit or Debit card, After Pay, Pay Pal OR Bank transfer.

DAMAGES : Any damage or lost item will be charged to the customer at full replacement cost. 

PETS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Pets, are totally prohibited inside, on or near any of our hire equipment. Food & drinks are are permitted but are to be closely monitored. Any food or stains caused by drinks or food inside or outside of the tents or on any of our items will result in a penalty of a cleaning fee of 100.00 NZD and/or full replacement costs. No Pets are allowed on any of our hired equipment or on any Manchester. Any signs of pet hair or damage will result in 50% of the cost of party and/or 250.00 NZD cleaning fee or replacement fee of damaged goods. 

SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT: A non smoke environment must be provided at all times during the event and also during the teepee rental. No fire, smoking or vaping of any sort is allowed in any of our teepees or party spaces. Aaden paige Styling Co will have the right to charge client an additional 50% of the cost of the hire-age and/or 250.00 NZD cleaning fee or replacement fee of all damaged goods. 

SHOES: Client is responsible for there guests removing their shoes to enter the slumber party space/teepees and tent area. Under no circumstances shall any shoes be allowed in the these area. 

LIABILITY: Please be aware that children need to be supervised at all times. The Hirer is responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. Aaden Paige Styling Co assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. In the event of damage or loss of our inventory and/or damage or loss to the parties location, the responsibility lies entirely with the client. Aaden Paige Styling Co is not responsible for allergic reactions and / or any medical reactions from the food, beverages, wearing costumes or any activity taking place before, during or after the party, the responsibility lies strictly with the client. 

TRAVEL: Aaden Paige Styling Co determines mileage fees based on the suggested routes of Google maps and apply to areas located outside of these set suburbs. We currently service all of Hastings area any surrounding areas will incur an additional travel fee. 

ADDITIONAL ITEMS AND PARTY GUESTS: All upgrades and add ups are due 14 days before your event so we can order supplies in advance and avoid any interruption of the service. 

SPACE: Before you book your teepee slumber party please make sure you have enough room and a clean and safe area for kids to stay. Each teepee requires 1 metres in width and 1.8metres in length. Our Outdoor belle requires 7m x 7m It is the clients responsibility to measure the room or space to make sure the tent/s will fit and that the room is big enough to accommodate the tents and guests. 

SET UP AND DURATION: We try to set up your event as quickly as possible. we have a lot of things to do during a short period of time for this reason we kindly request that no guests or children are in the setup area, time delay can affect the duration of your party. If venue have 2 levels and requires stairs or has no close access for unloading of equipment this will incur an additional unloading/ setup fee. Amount will be determined on distance of unloading. We also ask for the parking area to be cleared and accessible prior to our arrival to ensure we can be done setting up or packing down as efficiently as possible. Setup & Pack down can up-to 2 hours depending on space, cleanliness etc. We will not extend the time of our party packages because of late arrivals, delays on set up or on parking space. If you choose a party package, and you wish to continue the event after our service is complete we request that you move your guests to a separate area while we pack-down. We appreciate people wanting to lend a hand but please do not pack down teepee/s or equipment as we will need to do this on our own to ensure there are no damages & that no damages/faults occur. 

PARTY AREA: Please make sure floor & party space is clean before we set up party. On arrival if provided space is not clean or adequate to setup Aaden Paige Styling Co reserve the right to cancel or charge a cleaning/setup fee of BOND amount. 

RENTAL RETURN: Our team will arrive to pack down or return of hire equipment will be at agreed upon time stated in Hire agreement. A tour around the tents and items will be done prior to breakdown. After countdown and inspection of all items we will let client know of any issues or fees that may be applied. 

HYGIENE & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: All Our Bedding, cushion covers and linen are dry-cleaned after every use and stored in dry, allergy free conditions, All hire equipment is sanitised and cleaned after and before every use. Our teepees are regularly steam pressed. All Battery operated lighting is NZ safety certified and checked before every event. 

YOUR OBLIGATIONS: 

  • Please ensure there is enough space for Event setup.

  • Provide a clean, clear space for us to setup. 

  • Provide a smoke free environment. 

  • Ensure there is clear and close loading access to and from venue, notify us prior to event if there is not or if there are stairs, lifts or any issues that may involve extra loading times. 

  • Make sure NO PETS or people are in the party area while we setup or pack-down.

  • Let guests know that no food or drinks are to be consumed in teepees. 

  • Let guests know that no shoes are allowed in the teepee/tent area. 

  • Please ensure all items and/or hire equipment is wiped clean, rinsed or tidy prior to pack down. 

  • All hire equipment needs to be returned in the same state it was when picked up. 

  • There is a very strict NO SMOKING policy inside or near any hire equipment or items at all times. 

  • No candles or fires are to be lit or used inside belle tent under any circumstances. All battery operated candles will be provided.
