Terms of Service 

 Definition ‘THE BUSINESS” means Aaden Paige Styling Co Limited. The person who books the equipment warrants that they are either the Hirer or have the authority of the Hirer to book the equipment. “THE EQUIPMENT” means goods hired as they appear on the booking agreement. “THE AGREEMENT” means the Booking Form/Hire Agreement between the Business and the Hirer of the equipment.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Agreement – By making a booking via messenger, phone, or website and by paying deposit or full amount of booking you automatically are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions. The Business will retain a booking form/hire agreement for the hire of the goods, which the Hirer, or agent of the Hirer, will be supplied a copy of upon request. If the agreement is not signed by the Hirer this does NOT forfeit the agreement.

Hiring Charges – Unless prior arrangements are made hiring charges are for hire period stated in hire agreement. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return on the agreed upon time, the Business reserves the right to charge the Hirer for extra time as per the hire period rate.

Cancellation or Postponement – If the Hirer chooses to postpone the hire of the equipment, cancellation charges will apply. If the Hirer cancels the Agreement any deposits and/or monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. In addition to this The Business also reserves the right to charge the following. 21-14 days of booking date $20 admin + processing fee. Within 14 -7 days of function date upto 50% of Invoice amount.  Within 7days-24hours of function date 100% of invoice amount. Unless otherwise specified.  Any cancellations in account of Covid-19 where re-schedule or postponement is unavailable maybe be considered for partial refund at The Business's discretion. In no circumstances is The Business required to offer a full refund for change of mind. 

Return Penalty Fees - Penalty fees of 10% of hire fee per/day for the first three days, after that this will increase to 30% per/day, for all equipment not returned by the agreed hire period. 

Payment – Orders or bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Unless prior arrangement has been made. The Business reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment has not been received prior to event date. An extra delivery charge may apply if the Business needs to reschedule the delivery or return to the premises once delivery has taken place. Payment options include Bank Transfer only.

Delivery and Pickup – Delivery & Pickup is only included if stated in service upon booking and If Hirer is situated within The Business set serviced areas. For all locations outside set suburbs delivery charges are quoted upon request and are an extra charge on top of the hiring fee. Quoted charges are based upon google maps suggested routes. If delivery and pack down equipment consist of stairs, lifts, beach, or park setups where there is no close access to unload & re-load of hire equipment Hirer is responsible to let the Business know prior to the event. In the case that any or all the above will occur an additional labour & delivery time fee will be charged upon booking.

Use of Equipment – The Hirer is responsible for checking of hired items against the hire agreement upon delivery and should contact the Business on 0220335809 immediately to advise of any discrepancy or damaged discovered. Advice after the function will not be considered as advice and the Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage to the Equipment. Damage to Hire equipment during use is the responsibility of the Hirer and the Hirer agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be actioned after the hire date. If at any time during the hire period the Hirer considers the equipment to be faulty, it is the Hirers responsibility to contact the Business by telephone to report the problem. The Business reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty equipment as soon as practicable during the hire period to the reasonable satisfaction of the Hirer. The Hirer should not attempt to repair the Equipment without prior consent of the Business. Call out charges, relative to the time of day, will be due and payable if the equipment is found not to be faulty as claimed by the Hirer. The business will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the Hirer due to faulty Equipment for any reason whatsoever. At the end of the hire period the Hirer must ensure that on pick up the party space is clear of family members & guests for a swift and efficient pack-up.

Cleaning – A cleaning charge will be applied to all equipment returned not clean and in the state it was in when hired. Any glassware, crockery and cutlery should be washed and dried prior to returning or pickup. All Tables should be wiped clean prior to pack-down. Linen, Napkins & Face towels do not need to be washed, however if they are returned stained or excessively dirty a cleaning fee will apply. Rugs & Cushions should be relatively clean prior to pack down, any excessive staining or spillages will incur an additional cleaning replacement fee if extent of damage cannot be cleaned. All hire equipment, linen and bed sheets need to be returned dry.

Insurance – Insurance is the Hirer’s responsibility during the hire period. The Hirer is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the Hire period. Any lost, broken, stolen, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Hirer at full replacement value.

Liability to Third Parties – The Business will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property however caused unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the Business. The Businesses decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of Hire. 

As the hirer, I declare that I have read and agree to all hire Terms of Trade. I declare that I am over 18 years of age.
